Refund/Cancellation Policy
PRIVATE TRANSFERS
Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund Policy of Jamaica Airport Transfer.
Should your travel plans change, you missed your flight, or your flight canceled, kindly notify us immediately or up to 3 hours before your flight to Jamaica and you will be entitled to a full refund.
Should you choose to cancel after arriving in Jamaica, there’s no refund for the arrival transfer. We would have been already awaiting your arrival.
TOURS
Cancellation of 48 hours or more, a full refund will be issued. Less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours, a 50% refund will be issued. No refund on notice less than 24 hours. Please allow up to 5 business days to see the refund reflected on your account.

Great Service for a Canceled Reservation

Our trip was interrupted the day before arrival when a member of our party tested positive for COVID and we had to cancel our trip. We contacted Jamaican Airport Transfers to let them know that we would have to cancel the trip. Thankfully, Martin was very understanding and refunded us in whole. I look forward to rebooking the transfer with this group when we have the opportunity to reschedule the trip.
Great Experience
Used these folks because we wanted a private transfer, and our resort was "out of cars" for the days we needed. I was originally hesitant about using an unknown (to me) service. However, after reading the previous and very positive Tripadvisor reviews for this company I emailed them about availability for our dates of travel. Within minutes I received a reply! The service was wonderful and prompt. The vehicle was very clean, our driver (Excel - hope I spelled that correctly) was a very safe driver as well as being personable and informative. All covid protocols followed as well! The price was also much lower than what our resort would have charged too.
Easy, Safe, Enjoyable Experience
We used this company for our round-trip airport transfers and so we were glad we did. Our driver, Oshane, met us outside the airport door and we did not have to wait at all. Not only was he an excellent driver, but he was also very courteous, friendly, and gave us interesting information about the area including local food. Oshane arrived early on our day of departure and greeted us when we walked out of our hotel.

excellent pick up service - we were very late arriving to Jamaica due to flight issues and pick up service Perfectly on time and very chatty knowledgeable drivers.
We only wish we had booked them for more day's out as we feel we didn't see much of the island.
